Tom & Meg Names Family Foundation Multi-Purpose Room Side B
-Room will be divided in half
-Kitchen would be accessible from main lobby
-No audio/visual equipment available with a half-room rental
-Facility rooms are rented by the hour, with a two-hour minimum
-Rentals are for the facility buildings only. Use of the areas outside the facilities require additional authorization from the Parks & Recreation Department.

Included in the rental rate:

· Access to outdoor plaza (tables and chairs must remain inside)

· Access to commercial kitchen (must rent separately)

· 12+, 24” x 60” Tables

· 24+ Chairs
~25 people with the use of tables and chairs and ~50 without the use of tables and chairs
· Access to men’s and women’s restrooms
