Chair Yoga for Active, Older Adults

These classes focus on building strength, flexibility and balance to help us preserve the ability to do the activities we love out in the world.

Class will be done seated in a chair with approximately half the time spent standing. We will utilize chairs, resistance bands, half foam rollers, therapy balls and other tools to help challenge our strength and balance.

In addition to Yoga, movements from Pilates and functional exercise will be incorporated into classes.

Bring your yoga mat, a blanket and blocks if you have them, water, and openness to explore new movements and have fun.

Class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:30-11:30am. Join us for movement, community, and connection!

Fees:
Drop-in (per 1 class): $6.00
1 Class per Week: $20.00
2 Classes per Week: $35.00
