Registration begins for Fircrest Residents Thursday May 22nd @ 11:00am
Registration for Non Residents will be Friday May 23rd @ 12:00pm
The last day to sign up will be Sunday June 29th
To ensure fairness, each person may sign up for one trip per month. If spots remain one week after a trip opens, you're welcome to sign up for an additional trip that month

We will begin the journey by taking a ferry ride over to Bainbridge Island. As a bonus stop we will be visiting one of Thomas Dambo's trolls, this one being Pia the Peacekeeper.

Lunch will be at a restaurant called the Plate and Pint.

After lunch we will visit Bloedel Reserve, a 140-acre wonder of nature, created by the imagination, vision, and passionate love of the natural world shared by their founders, Prentice and Virginia Bloedel. Working with the rugged geography of the land, they artfully transformed a rough-hewn Northwest Forest into a harmonious series of curated gardens, structural features, and distinctive landscapes, with nature as canvas and paint.
This trip will entail a large amount of walking and being outside, so please be prepared for any weather, this is Washington after all, as well as wearing comfortable shoes and possibly bringing a walking stick.
The grounds that we will be exploring have so many things to see like the Meadow Trail & Sheep Sheds, the Arboretum, the Swan Pond & Orchid Trail, the Residence, the Glen, the Japanese Garden as well as the Japanese Guest House, the Birch Trail, Mid Pond, the Reflection Pool, the Moss Garden, the Buxton Bird Marsh & Pollinator Meadow, and the Boardwalk & Trestle Bridge.

We will leave to come home at 4:00
